QC Capital Group Prepares to Close on New Multifamily Real Estate Complex in Houston's Medical District

Charlotte, NC - QC Capital Group, a private equity investment firm based in the southeast United States, has announced its upcoming acquisition of a new 224-unit apartment complex in Houston’s medical district. The new property is part of the over $200 million in commercial real estate assets that QC Capital has acquired since its inception in 2019. By using moderate levels of leverage, QC Capital aims to improve the efficiency of these properties through a combination of interior and exterior renovations and management restructuring.
