Leo Li’s love for la mode pushed him to enter the career early, artfully choosing to see to his success by cultivating a ruthless dedication to hard work and giving it his all. Likewise, he knew that, in order to pursue one’s passion and achieve what brings one happiness, one must have an optimistic view on life and embrace every single opportunity around him. And Li has done just that.

Born and raised in XinJiang, China, the social media influencer and fashion stylist moved to the states at age fourteen and went to a high school in Jersey Shore. He now speaks Chinese and English. With a natural eye for design, Li quickly developed a strong fondness for fashion and an eye for exquisite cuts and colors.

Paralleling his favorite pieces of fashion, the influencer’s media content consists of all unique media, most of which his fashion followers can’t seem to find replications of. His social media platforms brim with fresh, innovative content, evidence of the charming influencer’s ascension up in a world full of wonder– fashion.

After much determination in chasing his dreams, Li sat next to the world’s biggest celebrities at several New York Fashion Week runway shows. He socialized with stars at shows like Tom Ford, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Fendi, and Laquan Smith.

Li wore The North Face Gucci shirt to the Tommy Hilfiger show, an exhibit inspired by Warhol’s Factory and known for its brilliant colors, ponchos, heavy coats, and umbrellas.

The Glam Slam: Session 3 was another one of the flashy events Li attended during the week. Executed on the Rooftop Terrace of Spring Studios in Tribeca, this IMG models and Spring Studios affair took place to honor two of New York’s most valued occasions– The US Open Tennis Championships and New York Fashion Week. Li was graciously able to view a panel at which fashion designer Cynthia Rowley, Style of Sports Founder Claudia Lebenthal, and tennis player Alexandra Stevenson conversed on the combination of tennis and mode.

Several of Li’s happenings can be found on his social media platforms, outlets that invite his viewers to enjoy his adventures through him and keep up with his inspirations. Content on Li’s channels is specific to his one-of-a-kind personality and enlivens its audience, his experiences on the page exciting. The subject matter his viewers enjoy is meant to be entertaining and uplifting, a parallel to Li’s life.

On his Instagram, there are various videos and photos that give light to Li’s favorite fashion pieces, many of which he discovered at Fashion Week. Photos of astonishing architecture, famous figures, and unique outfits of Li’s choice fill the platform, along with Getty images taken of Li and friends at the Glam Slam. Upon witnessing, his followers can interact with an all-encompassing, vivid expression of Li’s time in the fashion world.

Yet Li still has more to offer and show the world. A hard worker with lofty goals, he has many ideas to further direct his career toward the vogue industry, particularly as it leads to the runway life. Because Li has a zest for styling models and friends, he wants to make sure to dig deeper into photography, styling, and, in the near future, modeling.

Li desires to one day share with others his particular image of every-day life fashion by exhibiting his personal style on the magazine covers of Vogue and Forbes. On the topic of his success, he says, “I think success is being able to do what you love and make a joyful living off of it.”

The Manhattan, NYC-based social media leader and fashion stylist attended New York Fashion Week in September of 2022. You can find Li on Instagram @leojeany, TikTok @leojeany, Facebook @leojeany, and Twitter @leojeany, and Youtube @leojeany.
