Luxury Realtor/Investor Matthew Martinez Uses AI to Lead San Francisco/Napa Valley in a New Direction

While Matthew is an expert in multimillion-dollar properties and thrives on technology, he is more unassuming than you might think. “I don’t believe in withholding valuable information that could transform other people’s lives,” Matthew reflects. “I want to teach everyone how to attain the same level of success that I have found and inspire them to believe that it is possible. That is why I concentrate so much on breaking down the complexities of real estate for anyone who is interested.”

Matthew is a frequent guest on podcasts, blogs, and media outlets and works to create an online environment where anyone can come together to learn about real estate. While Matthew says that artificial intelligence will revolutionize how luxury properties are identified and invested in, he cautions new investors to look past any bells and whistles a realtor might have.

“Beyond a doubt, artificial intelligence in real estate is big,” he agrees. “We are only starting to see its potential.
