Maintaining over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience across multiple industries, Armen Mardirousi is actively working on new ways to improve himself, his businesses, and his clients. 

With the use of yogic teachings and techniques, Mardirousi helps others to navigate the ins and outs of business and entrepreneurship, knowing firsthand the toll that leading a company can take on a person’s mental wellness. 

Mardirousi is the leader of several companies, including American Global Freights, R3ES, and Neolynx. Each business model works within different industries and markets, although he operates them all with the same, yogic mindset that he teaches to others. Whether working in Real Estate, Tech, or Global Freight, Mardirousi has the know-how to bring peace of mind to any busy work environment. 

“I sit on multiple boards of directors and I am a sought after venture capitalist,” begins Mardirousi, when discussing his current work day.. “I am actively consulting and guiding the companies I have invested in.”

The idea of consulting isn’t a new practice to Mardirousi, as a man with deep knowledge regarding yogic teachings. He began practicing Kundalini Yoga in the Summer of 2013. He was drawn to this particular yogic system when he read that Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness–a key motivation of his life. This is where he had the idea to apply this practice to his business models. 

After his yoga journey was well underway, Armen was blessed with the spiritual name Arvindpal Singh – The divine Lion of God, who falls in love with the beauty of his soul, and who is the supporter, friend and protector of the purity of his inner spirit. He later went on to teacher training and became a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2017. With this certification, the thought of consulting other companies on their journeys to growth seemed like the next right thing. 

“I want to work with individuals, particularly business owners, looking to take charge of themselves and their business through yoga and meditation.” Mardirousi explains that he hopes to not only help himself and the companies that he works directly within, but as many others who come to him as well. 

While continuing to operate American Global Freights, R3ES, and Neolynx, Armen is also excited to be taking his consulting and yoga practices to the next level with YogiArvindpal, a company focused on using Kundalini Yoga to help balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system and enable individuals to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, in order to be in control of themselves, rather than being controlled by their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
