Subscriptions to Imperium AI services can be canceled at any time after the first 30 days from the start of the subscription. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team through your account dashboard or at support@imperiumai.com.
Once a publication is purchased, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The decision to process a refund will be at the sole discretion of Imperium AI. We aim to handle all requests fairly and will consider the circumstances of each case.
Imperium AI provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Imperium AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these terms.
Imperium AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of materially significant changes to this policy by posting notice on our website.
This policy and any dispute arising out of it will be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
