Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

1.1 Imperium Group ("the Company") aims to provide high-quality content creation services to its clients. However, circumstances may arise where a refund is required.

1.2 Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances: a) The Company fails to deliver the content within the agreed-upon time frame. b) The Company is unable to provide the agreed-upon content and alternatives are not suitable to the client. c) The client is not satisfied with the quality of the content provided, subject to evaluation by the Company.

1.3 Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: a) Once the Company has started writing the content, refunds will not be granted. b) After content has been written, approved by the client, and the service has proceeded.

2. Refund Process:

2.1 In the event the Company fails to deliver the content within the estimated completion time of 45 days, a prompt refund will be issued to the payment method used by the client for the transaction.

2.2 If the Company is unable to deliver the agreed-upon content, the client will be provided with a list of similar publications to choose from. If none of the alternatives are acceptable to the client, a full refund will be issued.

2.3 If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of the content provided, they must notify the Company within 7 days of content delivery. The Company will review the concern and, if valid, will either revise the content or provide a refund.

3. Service Guarantee:

3.1 Imperium Group guarantees the quality and accuracy of the content created. If the client receives content that does not meet the agreed-upon standards or requirements, they are entitled to request revisions or a refund within the specified timeframe.

4. Estimated Completion Time:

4.1 The Company estimates that content creation will be completed within 15-30 days from the start of the project. Delays beyond this estimated time frame due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the client.

5. Client Obligations:

5.1 The client should provide clear and detailed instructions to ensure the content aligns with their expectations.

5.2 Once the articles have been assigned to a writer a refund will not be provided.

6.2 The Company will aim to address and resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
