Los Angeles, California – SONU Sleep, the company responsible for The SONU Sleep System, is launching its latest innovation in mattress design, in stores, Summer 2023. This latest product is also seeing a significant price drop online, before the company releases the product to retailers.

The SONU Sleep System is “the world's first mattress designed for side sleepers.” For as long as the product has been on the market, which is just under a year, the SONU has only been available online. However, due to popular demand, the team at SONU Sleep has announced that the innovative mattress will soon be available in retail stores across the country.

Bradley Hall and Stason Strong, the co-founders of SONU, designed this mattress as the result of extensive research and development geared specifically for side sleepers. The SONU Sleep System mattress was born, and takes aim at conventional mattresses everywhere.

The company also offers SONU Top Pillows and fitted sheets on their website as well, to go with the SONU’s unique design. These SONU Top Pillows have been designed to provide the right amount of support and malleability to complement the Comfort Channel of the SONU. The Top Pillow is placed on top of the Support Pillows that come with each SONU Sleep System to support the head and neck while the shoulders and arms rest within the Comfort Channel below.

According to sleep studies, the typical flat mattress that humans have been using for centuries  is overdue for an update, as it does not provide the proper support or space needed by the body. The flat design cannot contour to the natural curves and lines of the body, which can cause pressure points and leave areas unsupported.The team at SONU has developed their new product to allow customers who prefer to sleep on their side a way to enjoy the benefits of not needing to roll-over to relieve pressure on their arms and shoulders constantly. The goal for the customer is that the use of this unique product will result in sound sleep throughout the night.  

By allowing the spine to align properly, SONU’s design has been shown to relieve the pain that comes with side sleeping on a traditional mattress. It also works to improve breathing, while reducing snoring and fatigue by enabling its users to sleep through the night on their sides, helping to keep otherwise restricted airways open.
