The recipe was developed out of a need to come up with a quick meal in a local bar during an influx of customers. This deeply American staple is being revolutionized, however, by a man from India. Chef Deepak Ballaney of International Wings Factory, A.K.A “The Wings Guy” is a chef and entertainer who owns the International Wings Factory in New York City. Originally hailing from Mumbai, India, Deepak has always wanted to start his own venture in the food industry, as this has been a passion of his.

This world-renowned chef has completed an extensive management course from Columbia University and after his initial move to the United states attended the world's number one “Culinary Institute of America'' where he honed his skills as a culinary master and brought his unique flavors and recipes into traditional cooking styles. He takes pride in being able to learn and do what he loves the most, while building successful businesses around his passions. 

Throughout his journey, one truth that Deepak Ballaney still holds onto is the fact that everything happens for a reason and that people should always strive to stay positive if they hope to realize their dreams. The chef’s overwhelmingly positive attitude towards life is the driving force behind his choice to take risks. 

Deepak’s excitement and zest for life is just one of many things that makes this man unique. “I’ve had my hardships,” he goes on to say, “and it is a fundamental truth in my eyes that everything happens for a reason, whether I understand it or not.”
