MANHATTAN, NY–

Leojeany, a fashion styling and photography company, sent their top stylist to New York Fashion week, and pleased to announce their new brand inspirations– leather and neon.

In September, many of the Leojeany fashion followers witnessed the brand’s top stylist sitting shoulder-to-shoulder next to the stars of New York Fashion Week. Some of the most notable influences on the Leojeany brand were neon robes with intricate patterning, bright furry hats, shimmering skirts and dresses, and silky rompers. The company particularly esteemed a black, leather finale that took place during one of the most notable shows, finding it the most fashion forward exhibit they’d seen in forever. During the week, the Leojeany stylist snapped photos and wrote down anything of significance to the brand, which prefers to work within a very distinct style.

“We want to normalize the word crazy,” claims the brand’s stylist and founder, Leo Li.

According to the brand, a typical Leojeany look will often feature popping colors, bold makeup, and casual yet crazy hairstyles and clothing. The brand hopes to further the name of high-fashion by adding tidbits of their own casual, applicable design to the otherwise luxurious dress.

By sending their best stylist and visionary to fashion week, the brand hopes to take away inspiration needed to carry on this mission of enhancing traditional high-fashion. The events during the week served as a learning experience for the company, which is currently in its startup phase, as it leans toward breakthrough styles such as extreme hairstyles and makeup looks that are commonly seen on the runway.

One of four major fashion weeks throughout the world, New York Fashion Week allows designers and stylists to network while exhibiting their best pieces. This aspect of the experience was key for Leojeany as it seeks to expand its own network of connections within the fashion world. One key event that the company’s representative attended - and was photographed at by Getty Images - was the Glam Slam: Session 3, held on the Rooftop Terrace of Spring Studios in Tribeca. This event was hosted by IMG models and Spring Studios, was produced by FOCUS, and took place as a celebration of two of New York’s most loved affairs, the US Open Tennis Championships and New York Fashion Week itself.

Leojeany’s sponsor also attended a panel hosted by several iconic fashion designers and renowned tennis champions, who spoke on the intersection of sport and style in pop culture. Other events included shows by legendary brand names Tom Ford, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Fendi, and Laquan Smith. Among the key takeaways were observations on the week’s finale event, a show featuring black leather, lingerie as casual wear, and silk tracksuits.

The company, set in the heart of Manhattan, New York, is constantly on the lookout for new designs, modes, and ideas. With a mind for streetwear and a heart for high-fashion, the company always looks for innovative ways to combine the both.

Previously, the Leojeany spread their unique look around by collaborating with local brands and models. With a knack for styling high-fashion individuals, many Leojeany protegees can now be found on New York City runways, previously prepped by the fashion connoisseur company. The brand claims that they intend to push their image of fashion forward by creating a community of fashion-loving individuals with great ideas, such as the ones they discovered at New York Fashion Week.

Leojeany is a fashion photography and styling company based in Manhattan that offers customized photo sessions, personal style tips, makeup services, and more.
