MANHATTAN, NEW YORK –

Attending New York Fashion Week is every fashion champion’s dream. Leo Li, an eighteen year-old college student, sat in the middle of it all at several New York Fashion Week shows. Sharing his passion for fashion with Hollywood stars, Li found his own way into the world of la mode.

Fashion week, a short week of big, beautiful shows and designs, was started to showcase the world’s designers and their creations. Today, this is done through unforgettable exhibits of their finest pieces. Fashion stans from each corner of the world visit NYC to bask in the joy of the famous fashion week climate, one known by its invigorating innovations, excellent exhibits, and most of all, stylish people.

Leo Li is one of those people, always dressed his best. From XinJiang, China, the charming influencer made his way to the states when he was fourteen and attended high school in Jersey Shore. He now speaks Chinese and English. A long-standing love for color and style lent him a big fascination with the unique air of designer wear.

Li particularly favors his industry involvement in styling for models and friends, his social media platforms moving fashion followers with interesting photos of friends and famous alike. Today, the Manhattan, NYC-based social media trailblazer and model stylist has large ideas to further enter into the business of fashion, particularly as it relates to the runway.

And he’s not wasting any time, happy to jump right into the center of it all.

Li was captured by Getty images on the Rooftop Terrace of Spring Studios in Tribeca. The affair he was at, Glam Slam: Session 3, an IMG models and Spring Studios event, was produced by FOCUS. It transpired to pay respect to two of New York’s most admired occasions, The US Open Tennis Championships and New York Fashion Week.

Li was invited to view a panel hosted, during which mode figure Cynthia Rowley, Style of Sports Founder Claudia Lebenthal, and professional tennis player Alexandra Stevenson discussed the intersection of sport and style in pop culture, focusing on tennis legends and fashion.

During the week, Li also met some of the world’s largest stars at several shows, including Tom Ford, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Fendi, and Laquan Smith.

Li wore The North Face Gucci shirt to the Tommy Hilfiger show, an event which featured aspects of Warhol’s Factory and characterized by brilliant colors, ponchos, bulky coats, and umbrellas.

Li is now spreading his influence through the fashion industry, deeply involved in fashion styling and photography, and plans to do some modeling work in the near future. A social media star with bright ideas, Li desires to one day express his excitement over vogue in every-day life by featuring his own, personal style on the magazine covers of Vogue and Forbes.

“I think success is being able to do what you love and make a joyful living off of it” Li holds.

He has learned that entrepreneurship is about being willing to take big risks and work hard to make an income doing what you love. Li holds that, in order to do what one loves, one must have a positive demeanor and be willing to open up to new experiences and people.
