Liane Agbi is the Crusader for Women's Empowerment that Industry Needs

NEW YORK CITY – Liane Agbi, the founder of two growing six-figure businesses, is excited to revive the networking event BAUCE HAUS, a summit to call home, make industry connections, and even lifelong friends. With a variety of activities and providing a chance to network with women in your own or an accompanying field, BAUCE is thoroughly excited to relaunch BAUCE HAUS.

Originally launched in 2019, BAUCE HAUS is a pop-up event where women will be able to gain strategic tips that can help them level up in their professional careers and side businesses. Liane Agbi has supported women-driven businesses and causes throughout her career, establishing herself as a strong voice for women entrepreneurs.

Liane Agbi on Helping Women Succeed

A web developer, UX designer, and owner of Beautifuli Digital, a boutique agency that helps female founders elevate their online presence with high-performing websites,  Liane Agbi is the founder of BAUCE Magazine, a lifestyle site for self-made women. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Liane received a B.A. in English and Ethnicity, Race & Migration from Yale University and her Master’s in UX Design from the University of Creative Arts in London. Liane Agbi has a commitment to helping women from all walks of life get ahead on the claims of merit and hard work.

From Wine & WiFi to BAUCE HAUS

In 2017, Liane first interfaced with the concept of interpersonal events. This led to her creating a VIP content-based platform that provided subscribers with digital coaching for growing a business. While Liane considers the subscription service a failure, Liane then tested another event idea, something small and much more effective. An event called “Wine and Wifi,” was pitched as a meet-up in a local coffee shop where women simply showed up and engaged with each other.

In late January this year, Liane decided to fully commit to the idea of hosting a one-day summit—but eschewed the typical conference with the standard panels for a format that was a convivial and genuine reflection of the industry.

The idea of Haus came to life. BAUCE HAUS is an intimate yet inviting event with a casual and welcoming vibe to promote natural connections between self-made women. At BAUCE HAUS women of all demographics can socialize to find a new mentor or business partner and make new friends.

Women of color in the industry face enough roadblocks, and BAUCE HAUS provides them with a stress-free industry event where they can meet new friends and maybe even find a mentor or a business partner. BAUCE has fashioned itself as a publication to be representative of women, specifically women of color, and their respective journeys to success and self-realization.
