Denver, Colorado—After studying spirituality and fitness for over thirty years, Michael Demko, a Colorado resident, has announced the launch of his multifaceted coaching business. The company, which will focus on helping clients create a positive mindset and build a healthy lifestyle, is not a new practice for Demko, though the official branding of his company will be a development that has been years in the making.

“Michael Demko Lifestyle Coaching” is the start of this several tiered business model that Demko has been workshopping since the 1990’s. Society is seeing a rise in “lifestyle coaching”, specifically on platforms such as Tiktok and Instagram. There are entire communities based around the concept of living life intentionally and manifesting the life that you want for yourself. Demko’s business uses tactics that have helped him in his own life, as well as those close to him. He is also in the process of an upcoming book, scheduled for release in 2023, which will teach others how to reach the mindset for a more positive life.

“It’s all about changing your perspective,” Michael says. “Actively imagining the life you want is a powerful and underutilized way of reaching those goals.”

Demko draws inspiration for his teachings from the years he spent going to the gym, from which he maintains the second branch of his business, Muscle Innovations, where he encourages others to build the bodies that they want by using his mindfulness techniques in order to give clients the chance to exercise their brains. This business launched in October 2022, and is working to create new products for clients and customers. The goal of Muscle Innovations isn’t to focus on the physical body, but rather, the mind.

“I would rather teach someone how to get the rock solid attitude than the rock solid body,” he says. By focusing on a client’s state of mind, this company can help people explore the concept of manifesting what they want. Muscle Innovations focuses on promoting healthy habits in the mind. The main goal of this practice is not to build physical muscles, as a classic physical trainer may encourage, but rather, to keep people going back to the gym without burning out. 

Muscle Innovations utilizes platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn to gather clients around the world and offer encouragement and coaching. The brand operates as a community of people, supporting one another and encouraging each other to reach their fitness goals. Their Facebook page is currently in the process of being renovated, set to be released in January 2023.

The physical fitness company also maintains a shopify portal, where it sells athletic wear for both men and women. Muscle Innovations offers products such as tee shirts, sports bras, sweatpants, hoodies, and more. Michael and his team at Muscle Innovations provide a 24/7 call support service and worldwide shipping. 

This business started out as a passion project for Demko, who began promoting his personal physical fitness goals and aspirations through social media. The self-started company gained its traction in the late summer of 2021. It was then that Demko and his team modified their coaching techniques and began producing content for their clients. After a year of fine-tuning, Muscle Innovations, alongside Michael Demko Lifestyle Coaching, took shape and currently are in phase two of its momentum. 

Currently, Demko is attending a business program specifically aimed at lifestyle coaching and looks forward to starting 2023 with his company in full swing. With financial and spiritual coachings underway, Michael will be looking for new clients as the new year begins, when his business completes its final phase of development.
