Next Level Holdings, LLC, Secures Major Insurers, Announces Two New Hedge Funds

Miami, FL - Next Level Holdings, LLC, a US based holding company that trades in multiple types of physical commodities, has announced that it has acquired the backing of Lloyds of London, Afiancol, RedBridge Insurance, and Ocean International Reinsurance, as well as several other prominent A-rated insurance carriers. On the heels of this, the firm is formalizing a company-wide restructuring of operations. With this, Next Level Holdings is announcing the release of three separate absolute return funds. Thus far, it has launched an income fund; over the first few months of 2023 it will also launch a growth fund and a retirement fund.

The firm’s goal is to essentially create a new branch of the hedge fund industry by marrying asset funds and/or promissory notes with linked insurance policies to protect the underlying investment. Next Level Holdings plans to use its restructuring as an opportunity to generate absolute returns for its clients with minimal correlation to the equity and fixed income markets, with a continued focus on capital preservation while allowing its partners to fully exploit the joys of having the full protection only an insurance policy can provide.

The company’s leadership team feels that the release of these three key funds will contribute to the development of a new breed of investment funds that seek to mimic or “copycat” what they have accomplished with their insurer anchored fund(s) that have insurance wrappers, which not only insure against principal loss, but also offer a future date profit and outcome.

Historically, trading commodities has been about attempting to profit by anticipating the price direction of the underlying commodity traded, whether that be precious metals, crops, cattle, etc. Next Level Holdings endeavors to offer its clients the opportunity to profit from these markets without having to become market experts and without the historical and omnipresent need to be directionally correct.

CEO and founder Paul Regan, says, “We asked the question: what if timing or pricing the market, or being right about the direction, was no longer a necessary component of a profitable trading strategy? What if you had a market neutral view and or were agnostic to the whimsical twists and turns and violent swings that the derivative commodities markets bear?”

Regan states that the company’s strategy for 2023 and beyond employs an innovative and cutting edge strategy of employing the use of insurance policies and surety bonds backed by top ranked insurance companies, in order to offer measurable principal protection which not only eliminates downside risk for partners but also secures clients a specific and predetermined S&P crushing yield that is fully insured.

“The security of capital and the controlling of risk is not just a part of what we do at Next Level Holdings,” Regan continues. “It’s at the heart of all we do. The paradigm that we apply, the experience and talent of the people we employ, the uncorrelated and conservative nature of our asset backed arbitrage methodologies, and the rules by which we allocate and diversify capital across each of our physical gold transactions (which are all insured) all contribute both to the profits we achieve while mitigating risk remains the highest priority.”

He describes Next Level Holdings as an arbitrage based hedge fund which employs a proprietary fixed income arbitrage based strategy with full insurance protection. “We have just launched our income fund,” he adds, “which will soon be followed by a growth fund and a retirement fund, and as a company, we’re very excited about the new opportunities we’ll be able to present to our clients.”

Next Level Holdings, LLC, is a multinational holding company that engages in the trading of physical gold, other precious metals, livestock, timber, coffee, honey, and other physical commodities where and when arbitrage opportunities appear in the supply chain and global marketplace.
