Since the start of his time with Crackle, Prathap has done a number of things to improve the company. He has improved T-Testing workflow by 35%. T-Testing is an inferential statistic used to determine if there is a significant difference between the means of two groups and how they are related. T-tests are used when the data sets follow a normal distribution and have unknown variances, like the data set recorded from flipping a coin 100 times. Working with Crackle, Prathap has found innovative ways to streamline this process. 

In addition to the increased T-test workflow, Prathap reduced manual testing hours to 20%. As the term suggests, manual testing refers to a test process in which a QA manually tests the software application to identify bugs. To do so, QAs follow a written test plan that describes a set of unique test scenarios.

Prathap continues to improve Crackle’s systems, which helps both the company and the clients. He managed to reduce purchase cost by 70% with next gen device lab, leading to a higher number of customer acquisition and retention. As of 2023, the company is host to over 40 million users across 21 countries. That number will continue to rise, as systems advance. 

With test run time lowered down to 65% and production issues reduced to 5% from 70%, Prathap is showcasing his leadership capabilities and his advanced skill set when it comes to the work he puts into the company. Their latest achievement includes acquiring Redbox, and recently announcing a new Ad Platform, known as Crackle CONNEX.
