- Just one quick note - maybe we can focus more on my Jones & Associate experience to support my non-profit experience, less of the internship experience? Jones & Associate has the non-profit niche and exclusive only serve non-profit. My work there included full cycle accounting and consulting for non-profit, anywhere from AP, AR, cash reconciliation to monthly reporting, monthly financials, financial statement preparations, coordinate with auditors, etc. My job is to serve as the accounting department as there might not be any accounting department, or lead the accounting department as a consultant.
