Anderson & Associates Announces Plans to Increase Tax Benefit Optimization for Business Owners and Individuals 

TALLAHASSEE, Florida–Investments banking and asset protection firm Anderson & Associates is partnering with a celebrity-endorsed financial services tax firm to “help business owners and individuals ensure above industry compliance” and to take “full advantage of every possible tax benefit available to those in the American free enterprise,” according to company founder Dr. Tyler Anderson. In doing so, Anderson & Associates hopes to make entrepreneurship a more accessible vocation for many.

Dr. Anderson does not want entrepreneurship to be overly accessible, however. Considering perseverance to be the necessary test for any entrepreneur, Dr. Anderson elaborates, “Success defined for me is never giving up even when you have every reason to quit. A true entrepreneur is one who has a desire to make, build or offer a product or service, has nothing to start with other than a dream and some kind of way to make it happen.” 

The company’s move to increase tax benefit optimization for business owners and individuals is spurred by Dr. Anderson’s experience in rising from less fortuitous circumstances, starting his company on a shoestring budget, and ultimately bringing the company into national prominence within a few years’ time. Dr. Anderson’s father was killed in a work-related accident when Anderson was eight months old. Furthermore, Dr. Anderson struggled with heart disease throughout his childhood. The founder of Anderson & Associates explains of his development, “Being a 10th grade dropout, I made a decision: I wasn’t going to be a failure in life. I developed a bootstrap theory for myself, and while it hasn’t been easy, I haven’t given up.” 

Founded in 2018, Anderson & Associates began as a commercial finance firm for nonprofits. The company quickly adapted itself to servicing for-profit clients as well as small to medium-sized corporations. By 2020 Anderson & Associates was exclusively serving a high-net-worth client base, concurrently expanding their product portfolio to include business development consulting, asset protection and investment banking services. This rate of expansion has continued up until the present day, with Anderson & Associates now only facilitating deals between 5 million and 50 billion dollars in net value. 

Along with clients engaged in high net value business deals, Anderson & Associates’ clients are typically high net value real estate developers. The company has recently partnered with a general contractor to embark on several commercial and residential building projects. Construction is anticipated to begin sometime in 2023. 

These projects will be carried out in accordance with Dr. Anderson’s “triple bottom line” of “People, Planet, Profits,” which aims to protect both people and the planet as a means of creating greater profits in the long-term. According to Dr. Anderson, “The people, planet, profits model will be the foundation upon which we develop & construct every project.” 

“People need quality places to live and work,” Dr. Anderson summarizes the company’s approach to development, while also noting, “the planet deserves to be appreciated and given back to in terms of renewable energy, and green technologies and profits will be the result of the aforementioned efforts.” Anderson & Associates conducts business in accordance with their belief that humanitarian efforts and measures for sustainability are not incompatible with business interests. On the contrary, Dr. Anderson believes that creating greater housing availability, commercial spaces and environmental sustainability are requisite to sustainable economic growth. Dr. Anderson elaborates that “Profits… gives us the ability to duplicate those efforts.” 

Founded in 2018, Anderson & Associates specializes in acquisitions, raising capital, engineering, architectural development, asset protection and stabilization for a wide variety of high net value clients. Anderson & Associates is expecting to grow to include at least one hundred investment banking specialists in the world, as well as 50+ microprocessors to facilitate financial transactions for clients.
